Boxes of perfume stolen from store

09/08/2017 - Employees at the Bloomfield Township Ulta Beauty Store reported that a man stole approximately $1,000 worth of perfume on Wednesday, August 30.

Around 2:15 p.m. that day, a man came in to the Ulta Beauty store at 2161 Telegraph Road, selected an Ulta Beauty bag, and began filling it with boxes of perfume. He approached the checkout area, but didn't pay for the bagged items and took off from the store with the merchandise, which the store valued at approximately $1,000.

The suspect, a black male in his 20s, is described as 5-feet, 7-inches tall, about 150 pounds, with short black hair, wearing jeans, gold earrings, and with a tatto on the side of his neck that said "100%."

According to witnesses, he was last seen in a gold Chrysler 200, leaving the scene northbound on Telegraph.

Bloomfield Township police are investigating.
