Bloomfield Township police are investigating a break-in that occurred sometime overnight on Friday, September 20, at a local dry clearers in the 42000 block of Woodward Avenue. Officers responded about 6:45 a.m. to Miraclean Dry Cleaners, 42646 Woodward, to a complaint of a breaking and entering at the business. A Birmingham resident on Friday, September 13, told police that a briefcase was stolen out of their vehicle while parked in the 1800 block of Fairway Drive. The victim told police the vehicle was parked outside and unlocked when the theft was discovered, about 11 a.m. Police said there are no suspects or witnesses.
