Maple Road between Franklin and Inkster roads in Bloomfield Township is closed for utility relocation work, reopening December 18. The Road Commission for Oakland County issued a permit to DTE to close Maple from Franklin to Inkster roads, beginning Monday, November 30, through Friday, December 18. Access to homes and businesses along this section of Maple Road will be maintained during the work. The utility work will take place between Indianwood Trail and Apple Grove Court.
