Medical marijuana

So Rochester is bowing out of the new Medical Marijuana Act that mirrors the Liquor Control Commission regulation of liquor.

It's okay for all the bars and restaurants in town to serve liquor and put up with drunk driver's in town, fights at Main Street Billiards, people urinating in parking lots, etc. Medical marijuana doesn't cause any these events to happen.
