Rochester Winter Farmers' Market returns

The Downtown Rochester Winter Farmers' Market will return for its second season starting on Saturday, November 4, at the Rochester Fire Department, 277 Second Street.

The indoor farmers' market, located across the street from the regular farmers' market lot, will offer farm fresh flavors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays through January.

"The response we've received from the community, with starting the Winter Market last year, was amazing," said Taylor Clayton, marketing manager of the Downtown Rochester Farmers' Market. "We are excited to once again be able to provide fresh and local food to the Rochester area, throughout these upcoming winter months."

The market will feature a variety of fresh produce and specialty foods, including gourmet coffee, hummus, gnocchi, jams, jellies, honey, dressings, sauces and more.

The market will be closed for the Fire & Ice Festival on January 20, but open on Saturdays for the remainder of the month.
