SUV damaged in Rochester Hills

A Rochester Hills resident on Thursday, April 26, told authorities someone damaged her vehicle while they attempted to break into it when parked in the 3200 block of S. Livernois in Rochester Hills.

The victim, 55, told deputies her 2017 Ford Escape was parked overnight at her home. She said she noticed on the morning of April 26 that there was a pry mark on the rear hatch of the vehicle.

Deputies said the mark was about 5-inches wide and 1-inch deep, located below the back window.

No entry was made into the vehicle.
