The owner of Legacy Jewelry reported to Birmingham police that a man stole a woman's bracelet from the store around 3 p.m. Thursday, May 17. When officers arrived, Neal Blaz, the owner of Legacy Jewelry, 700 N. Old Woodward, reported that a black male with a full beard, a gold “grill” on the top row of his teeth with diamonds in it, approximately 20 to 30 years old, and between 150 to 160 pounds, had stolen a women's bracelet from the jewelry store. He was wearing a Dallas Mavericks snap back hat, a black zip up hoodie and black sweat pants. Birmingham police are investigating.
