Woman steals $500 in wine from Kroger

On Tuesday, May 29, Bloomfield Township police were called to the Kroger store at Telegraph and Long Lake roads where a woman had stolen $500 worth of wine.

Officers responded to the Kroger at 4099 Telegraph Road, where the loss prevention manager informed them that a white female had entered the grocery store, removed the security caps on multiple bottles of expensive wine, and then left the store without paying.

She is suspected of stealing over $500 worth of wine on two different occasions, police said.

Bloomfield Township police are investigating.
