Clean shop

Ecologically clean and earth-friendly, Tide Dry Cleaners opened its first Michigan location at 33367 Woodward Avenue in Birmingham. The local franchise, owned by Ankur Patel, is the first in a series, with a Shelby Township location in the offing. Tide Dry Cleaners utilizes environmentally friendly GreenEarth Cleaning for all dry cleaned clothing, and Tide and Downy on all laundry. “It’s environmentally safe. It’s completely green. We don’t perk like the older dry cleaners,” said a representative. The cleaners, which is open seven days a week, features a drive thru where customers can just pull up and an attendant will come out and take their clothing, or deliver it to them. They also offer 24-hour drop off and pick up at the Woodward location.
