Employee caught with drugs behind Social

An alarm going off around 11 p.m. Sunday, November 25, sent Birmingham police to Social Kitchen and Bar, where they discovered an employee in the alley behind the restaurant, in possession of narcotics.

Officers arrived at restaurant, located at 300 E. Maple Road, after an alarm went off, and discovered an employee sitting in his car in the alley behind the restaurant. The driver, a 24-year-old from West Bloomfield, was in possession of narcotics, and was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
