Man steals liquor from township Kroger store

Police are investigating a theft from a Bloomfield Township grocery store that occurred on Friday, March 1, in the 3600 block of Maple, involving the theft of several bottles of alcohol.

Bloomfield Township police responded about 2:45 p.m. to Kroger, 3600 W. Maple at Lahser, for the report of a theft. The store manager said a man entered the store and stole multiple bottles of alcohol, then left the store in a maroon Dodge Journey.

The man was described as a white male in his early 30s, wearing blue jeans and a white hoody. He left the store and was last seen heading west on Maple Road.

Police are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
