Police seek man for credit card theft

Bloomfield Township police are attempting to identify a man wanted in connection with several purchases involving credit cards stolen from a Bloomfield Township resident.

The police department said the victim told officers on Thursday, February 28, that her wallet was stolen from her purse and her credit cards were later used at multiple stores in Bloomfield Township, West Bloomfield and Farmington Hills.

A detective was able to obtain surveillance video of a man who was allegedly observed making several of the purchases.

Police ask anyone with information or able to recognize the man to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
