Library holds Second Saturday Sale this Saturday

The Bloomfield Township Public Library on Saturday, June 8, will hold its monthly Second Saturday Sale from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the library, 1099 Lone Pine Road at Telegraph Road.

The event, which is held each month by the Friends of the Bloomfield Township Public Library, allows the group to offer thousands of books and audio-visual materials for all ages as a way to raise funds to benefit the library.

The first hour of the sale will be open to Friends members only, with memberships available at the door.

Visitors will have access to purchase thousands of materials for all ages. Books and other materials are sorted into more than 50 different categories. For a sneak peak of monthly specials, visit the Friends' Facebook page at www.facebook.com/friendsBTPL.

The Friends of the Library accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards with a $15 minimum purchase. Gift certificates also are available.
