A Rochester Hills man was arrested in Birmingham on Monday, June 17, after police received reports of a man shooting heroin while driving near Southfield and Brown streets.

Birmingham police responded to reports of the man shooting up while driving, and discovered the car swerving in its land and crossing the center lane in the area of Woodward and Oakland around 1 p.m. The driver, a 26-year-old from Rochester Hills, confirmed the reports police had received that he had been shooting up heroin while he was driving, and he was arrested for driving with a suspended license, violation of city ordinance, and possession of drugs/paraphernalia.
