Come trick-or-treat in Birmingham today

After a washout Halloween, dry out your kids' costumes and come trick-or-treat in Birmingham this afternoon, Friday, November 1, from 4-6 p.m at stores throughout the downtown.

Due to the inclement weather on Thursday, the city of Birmingham and Birmingham Shopping District joined together to offer kids the opportunity to wear their costumes and trick-or-treat at stores in the heart of downtown on Friday, November 1, from 4-6 p.m.

The trick-or-treat footprint with be W. Maple from Bates down to E. Maple at Peabody, and North and South Old Woodward between Willits and Merrill.

The city of Birmingham will offer free parking beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
