Car stolen from township resident's driveway

A Bloomfield Township resident living in the 900 block of Timberlake Drive discovered her car had been stolen from her driveway on Friday, May 8. The resident informed Bloomfield Township police officers that she had parked her car, a 2016 gold Lincoln MKX, in her driveway the previous evening, Thursday, May 7, around 10 p.m. She said that morning, around 8 a.m., her husband was leaving for work and discovered the vehicle was missing. The vehicle was stolen without the key fob, police reported. The victim said her husband's wallet and golf clubs were in the vehicle at the time of the theft. Bloomfield Township police are investigating.
