AirPods stolen near smoothie café

A 21-year old female from Swartz Creek filed a larceny report with the Birmingham police department on Monday, November 28, after she dropped her AirPods while getting out of her car.

The victim told officers that the AirPods dropped while she was getting out of her car at Tropical Smoothies Café at 33353 Woodward Avenue. She later noticed that the AirPods were located in Pontiac after tracking them via an app.

The victim informed the officers she believed the person parked next to her took the AirPods, and that she would mark them missing on her app.

Birmingham police are investigating.
