Car window smashed on Birmingham Boulevard

Birmingham Police officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Birmingham Boulevard on Tuesday, October 25, after a 51-year old resident reported that his vehicle’s window had been smashed.

The resident told police that the vehicle's passenger window was smashed out, and the center console was left open, but nothing had been taken.

Witnesses reported seeing a suspect approach the vehicle at approximately 4:20 a.m. and hearing the sounds of glass breaking a few minutes later as a dark colored vehicle drove away. Birmingham police report there are no additional witnesses or suspects at this time.
