County GOP headquarters vandalized

Bloomfield Township police are investigating a vandalism incident that took place sometime overnight on Thursday, January 7 at the Oakland County Republican Party Headquarters, located at 42611 Woodward Avenue.


Police said a party volunteer arrived about 10 a.m. on January 7 to find a window smashed and graffiti spray painted on the side of the building. Officers said it appeared someone used a brick to smash the window.


The case is under investigation. Police ask anyone with information to contact detectives at 248.433.7755.
