Intoxicated man caught urinating in street

A Birmingham resident was issued a citation for urinating in public on Friday, October 20, before refusing to leave a Birmingham restaurant after being seen urinating in the street.


According to Birmingham police, the man entered Forest, on the 700 block of Forest Avenue, already intoxicated, after witnesses saw him urinating in the street.


Birmingham police said the man was issued a citation.
