Serial thief reported at Birmingham business

The owner of a business located at the 1000 block of East Maple in Birmingham reported a thief that allegedly has frequently stolen from the business.

According to Birmingham police, the owner called them around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4, to report the suspect, a man in his 60’s, had once again targeted his business. The owner claims the man has been stealing from the store since August, which witnesses were able to confirm.

An investigation is ongoing, according to police.
