Stolen township Chrysler 300 recovered in Detroit

A stolen Chrysler 300 was recovered in Detroit on Saturday, February 24, after Bloomfield Township police took a report that it was taken the day before.

While the vehicle was recovered, it wasn’t quite the same looking Chrysler 300 as it once was. Once found, it was missing both bumpers, all exterior lights, the hood, the trunk hatch, the dash entertainment center, the dash trim above the steering column, and all of its seatbelts.

The vehicle had been parked in a business parking lot in the 2500 block of Maple Road in Bloomfield Township, where the passenger side window had been busted out. The vehicle was stolen approximately at 7 a.m.

Evidence technicians processed the vehicle, and the case is being investigated.

Those with information are being asked to call Bloomfield Township police at 248.433.7755.
