Vehicle strikes Toast dining pavilion

On Sunday, September 25, Birmingham police officers noticed that the southwest side of the Toast outdoor dining pavilion, located at 203 Pierce Street, had been struck by a vehicle and was heavily damaged.


The officers spotted a damaged vehicle nearby but no driver was present.


The vehicle’s owner was identified, and to date, officers have attempted to contact the individual without success.


The vehicle was eventually towed.
