Woman revived after overdosing at donut shop

A 28-year-old Pontiac woman on Friday, October 12, was revived by Oakland County Sheriff's deputies after an apparent drug-related incident at a donut shop in Rochester Hills.

Deputies responded about 1:27 a.m. to a report of an unconscious woman who was found lying on the floor of the restroom of a Tim Horton's, 2995 Walton Boulevard.

Upon arrival, deputies determined the woman was unresponsive and exhibited signs of labored breathing as well as was sweating profusely. Drug paraphernalia and drug residue were found at the scene. Deputies administered one dose of Narcan (Naloxone) to the victim. Paramedics arrived at the scene and administered a second dose of Narcan.

The woman regained consciousness and began speaking with paramedics. She was transported to Ascension-Crittenton Hospital for further medical evaluation.
