Paulina BH, a dress boutique owned by Paulina Braiz-Harb, specializing in custom fashion dresses and accessories, located at 229 N. Old Woodward in downtown Birmingham, closed in September. Braiz-Harb, a native of Venezuela, said she started designing dresses at the age of 11 and finally opened her first retail store in the summer of 2008 in Birmingham. She said she currently does not have plans to reopen a retail location.
