Friends of the Library to host fall book sale

The Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library on Friday, November 29, will kick off its final sale of 2018.

The Friends of the Rochester Hills Library book and media sale gives book-o-philes, game lovers, music and movie fans an opportunity to purchase items while supporting the library. While each sale has a different mix of items and special attractions, all offer an array of hardcover, softcover, paperback, children's books, DVDs, CDs and other items. Except for a few higher quality items that are priced individually, most items are priced at $1 or 50 cents.

The sale started Thursday, November 29, and will run through Saturday, December 1, in the first floor hallway of the library, at 500 Olde Towne Road, in downtown Rochester.

General hours of the sale for the public will run from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 30; and from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Books and other sale materials are donated by library patrons throughout the year.

More information on how to donate or a Friends membership may be found at rhpl.org.
