OUR TOWN Art Show and Sale Opening Night Party

For 34 years, the OUR TOWN Art Show and Sale has provided a forum for Michigan artists to show and sell their work. The 2019 event showcased 396 pieces of artwork from 150 artists. Robert Dempster served as chair and the show was juried by Barbara Heller and Melissa Parks. Benefactor co-chairs for the Opening Night Party were Julie Dawson and John Hoeffler. Theresa Lannen of Southgate was honored with the top Gold Award. Thirty-five percent of the proceeds from the art sales are used to fund youth programs at The Community House.
