Downtown has provided the history, a detailed account of the parking situation impacting our older citizens living in Baldwin House and the subsequent actions against former mayor Dorothy Conrad for bringing this issue to the city’s attention. She is once again advocating for her neighbors.

Our older citizens should never fear they will be told to pack and move if they express a complaint .
