LEED certification

The Enclave is located on Elm Street and sits adjacent to All Seasons Birmingham, part of Beztak’s award-winning senior living portfolio. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership.
