Newest fitness option

The saying goes, “When one door closes, another opens.” Appears that holds true for fitness facilities, as well, with Pure Barre Birmingham/Troy moving to the now-closed Dailey Method location at 34665 Woodward Avenue in Birmingham. Pure Barre offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact/high-intensity movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body. Each small group fitness class is taught by highly-trained instructors to their national standards. The new studio opened mid-March, with online sign ups, along with livestream options for those preferring to workout at home.

DOWNTOWN: Unrivaled journalism worthy of reader support

A decade ago we assembled a small but experienced and passionate group of publishing professionals all committed to producing an independent newsmagazine befitting the Birmingham/Bloomfield area that, as we like to say, has long defined the best of Oakland County.

We provide a quality monthly news product unrivaled in this part of Oakland. For most in the local communities, we have arrived at your doorstep at no charge and we would like to keep it that way, so your support is important.
