SMART's horrible record

Susan Peck's recent article (November/Downtown) about SMART transit in Oakland County is the most comprehensive report on the subject that I have read in many months.

Missing, however, is the fact that system-wide SMART skipped more than 3,000 runs in August and more than 2,000 runs in September, according to Bard, Google's AI.

That is a horrible record that should be made public.
