Chamber Forecast Series looking at real estate

:

The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce annual Forecast Series will examine the current state of real estate at the Real Estate Forecast Breakfast on Friday, February 16, from 8-9:30 a.m. at The Townsend Hotel.

Dan Elsea, Real Estate One President-Brokerage Services, and NAI Farbman Chief Operating Officer Michael Kalil will lead the breakfast. Elsea will provide insight on trends in local real estate while Kalil will discuss new business development, brokerage services and property management.

The Real Estate Forecast is the second of three programs to be hosted by the Chamber of Commerce. The last event in the series is the Government Forecast, set for Friday, March 2, with the keynote provided by U.S. Rep. David Trott. The Government Forecast will also be held at the Townsend Hotel in downtown Birmingham.

“The Forecast Series is a great way to start the new year and always is among the most popular programs hosted by the BBC,” said Chamber of Commerce President Joe Bauman. “The insight provided by our speakers is especially valuable to the business community because they all are connected to our communities and have a real understanding of what drives our local markets and political landscape.”

Tickets for each of the three programs, which includes a full breakfast, are $40 for chamber members and $50 for guests, with special pricing available for tables of eight. To learn more about the Forecast Series or to register, visit the chamber website at bbcc.com.
