Cell phone stolen while at 220 restaurant

A Royal Oak women enjoying an evening at 220 in Birmingham discovered her cell phone was stolen on Friday, July 27.

The 25-year-old woman reported to police that she had dropped her phone while she was talking with friends at the restaurant, located at 220 Merrill Street. She finished her conversation before reaching down to pick the phone up. She then discovered it had been stolen.

Birmingham police are investigating.
