Hockey equipment stolen from unlocked vehicle

Bloomfield Township police are investigating the theft of hockey equipment stolen in January from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of the Bloomfield Township Public Library.

Police said the victim parked his gold Ford Fusion at the library, 1099 Lone Pine Road, about 8 p.m. on January 23. While parked, someone entered the unlocked vehicle and stole a hockey bag with hundreds of dollars of equipment in it.

Police ask anyone with information to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
