Shoplifter caught on camera at TJ Maxx


Police are asking for help in identifying a person believed to be responsible for stealing several hundred dollars worth of merchandise on Tuesday, February 19, from a Bloomfield Township department store.

A loss prevention manager at TJ Maxx, 2139 Telegraph Road, told Bloomfield Township police on Thursday, February 28, that someone entered the store and stole about $838 worth of items. The subject was captured on store surveillance footage exiting the store with multiple handbags and shoes.

Police are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
