Identity of man who stole debit card sought

Bloomfield Township police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man believed to be responsible for using a stolen debit card to purchase $1,200 in goods from a Bloomfield Township Best Buy store.

Police on April 2 took a report from a Bloomfield Township resident who said she noticed a $1,200 purchase on her bank statement from Best Buy, 2169 S. Telegraph.

A police investigation of the incident uncovered video surveillance footage of the man leaving the store with an Apple MacBook.

Police ask anyone with information about the incident or who can help identify the man in question to contact the Bloomfield Police Department at 248.433.7755.
