Ex-employee arrested for fighting at 220

A Birmingham police officer driving by 220 E. Merrill Street around 2 a.m. Friday, June 21, heard yelling and obscenities coming from the Rose Room entrance at discovered a man screaming at the manager and bouncers at the nightclub below the 220 restaurant.

The officer learned an ex-employee was attempting to fight with the manager and the bouncers at the Rose Room entrance, and arrested the man, a 32-year-old from Detroit, for disorderly conduct.
