Woman flees without paying for botox shots

Police are investigating a theft of services from a Birmingham spa on Thursday, August 29, in the 600 block of N. Old Woodward in the city's downtown area.

Employees at Nulmage Medspa, 600 N. Old Woodward, told police that a woman came into the business about 3 p.m. that day and received Botox shots, then left without paying.

The woman was described as a heavy-set, white female, about 50 years old with curly brown/blond hair.

The incident is under investigation.
