Harvest Fest at Farmers Market Sunday

Enjoy the peak of Michigan's harvest season at the Birmingham Farmers Market Harvest Fest Sunday, September ,15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tables will be stocked and overflowing with fresh Michigan fruits and vegetables this Sunday. In addition to abundant produce, market attendees will be able to find beautiful fall-theme floral arrangements, fall décor, pumpkins, gourds and sunflowers.

Children will see and pet barn animals such as chickens, sheep, goats and a pony from Bowers School Farm. Shoppers can also enjoy a face painter, climbing among hay bales, a children's craft activity at the Kids Zone with Birmingham Youth Assistance, and music from WOMC Detroit. Everyone can grab a delicious bite to eat from food trucks such as Ned's TravelBurger, Bull & Basil Wood Fired Pizza, The Little Donut Factory and Marilyn's.

The Birmingham Farmers Market proudly features exclusively Michigan-grown produce and is subject to Michigan growing patterns. It offers a hometown experience that’s fun for all ages, with fresh prepared foods, live music, a children’s craft area and more. Throughout the season more than 60 booths feature a diverse array of locally and regionally grown produce, including: vegetables, fruits, flowers and garden plants, spices, eggs, honey, jams, fresh meat, poultry, soaps, dog treats, baked goods, hand-crafted and decorative items.
