Burglars ransack home in Bloomfield Township

Bloomfield Township police are investigating a home invasion discovered on the evening of Sunday, October 27, in the 7000 block of Deep Run Drive.

Officers responded about 9:15 p.m. to the area for a complaint of a burglary. The victim told officers she hadn't been home at the time of the break-in, but said her bedroom was ransacked. Taken during the burglary were designer hand bags and jewelry.

Police said the burglary occurred sometime between Thursday, October 24, and Sunday, October 27. The case is under investigation.

Police ask anyone with information about the incident to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
