Downloadable magazines available at Baldwin
Birmingham's Baldwin Public Library is now offering RBdigital magazines, where patrons can download and read full-color digital issues of over 200 different magazines with their library card.
A training session on how to download and read the digital magazines will be held at the library on Monday, November 11, at 7 p.m. To register for the training session, visit baldwinlib.org/calendar or call 248-554-4650. Attendees should bring their BPL card, device and all device passwords to the session.
RBdigital magazines is considered the world's largest newstand, with titles that include Architectural Digest, Bon Appetit, Cook's Illustrated, ESPN, Family Handyman, Newsweek, O: The Oprah Magazine, Reader's Digest, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, and more. Baldwin patrons can download and read them anywhere on desktops, mobile devices and apps. The library's collection includes both new and backlist titles with no holds, no checkout periods and no limits.
Readers can check out an unlimited number of issues, which are then stored in an RBDigital account permanently. Users can check out magazines and read them instantly on a desktop, laptop or mobile browser, or check out and download magazines through mobile apps.
