Dodge muscle car stripped of parts

A 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat parked overnight on Tuesday, January 14, was stripped of several parts in the 1900 block of Sherwood Glenn in Bloomfield Township, police said. Officers responded to the area about 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15, where the victim told them someone stole all four wheels from his car. Along with the wheel and tires, the vehicle's brakes, rear bench seat and in-car touch screen navigational system were stolen. The vehicle was parked in the driveway and locked. The victim believes the theft happened sometime between 11 p.m. on Tuesday and 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Police ask anyone with information to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
