A man walks into a bar, pours himself a drink

Staff at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar were in for a surprise on Wednesday, February 12, when a male guest took the phrase, "make yourself at home," a little too literally. The man entered the restaurant, which wasn't open to customers at the time, walked up to the bar, and poured himself a drink. Officers responded to the restaurant at 323 N. Old Woodward Avenue, Birmingham, and said the subject was located after he left the establishment. This isn't the first time the 34-year-old male resident of Bloomfield Hills had trouble with the restaurant, police said. He had previously been given a trespass warning for Fleming's. Due to that, he was arrested for trespassing.
