Phone stolen from worker at Emagine Theatre

An Emagine Palladium Theatre employee was approached by a man who asked if he could borrow his cell phone to make a call on Saturday, February 22, and the man took off with it. Once given the phone from the theater employee, the man, described as white, approximately 30-35 years old, and balding, ran away with the device. The man was described as wearing designer clothing, with a white winter hat, yellow sunglasses, black spiked shoes and carrying a white backpack. The case is currently being investigated by Birmingham police.
