Wallet stolen from grocery shopper

A woman shopping at Whole Foods in Birmingham on Friday, March 20, had her wallet stolen from her shopping cart. The woman reported to Birmingham police that her purse was in her cart while she was shopping at Whole Foods, 2100 E. Maple Road. She noticed her purse was open and her wallet was missing. Birmingham police reported there are no suspects or witnesses. The case is under investigation.
