Residents find home burgled while on vacation

Birmingham residents came home from vacation on Monday, June 8, and discovered their house had been broken into while they were away. Homeowners in the 1300 block of Northlawn reported to police that their house had been broken into while they were on vacation and several items were stolen from their home. Police said it appeared someone had gained access to the home through a window. Birmingham police are investigating.
