Groceries taken from Birmingham Kroger

Employees from the Kroger on Maple Road at Woodward Avenue called Birmingham police to report a man who had left the store with a cart full of unpaid groceries and other items on Saturday, June 13. Officers were dispatched around 5 p.m. about the retail fraud that occurred. The employees at the Kroger, 685 E. Maple Road, described the suspect as a tall and slender white male who left the scene in a silver sedan. Birmingham police are investigating.
