Police stop woman driving superdrunk with kids

Birmingham police arrived near the intersection of Lincoln and Southfield in response to a possible drunk driver around 1 p.m. on Monday, June 29. The vehicle was stopped partially in the road. Police discovered the driver had a blood alcohol concentration nearly four times the legal limit. There were children found in the vehicle with the 45-year-old woman from Southfield, who was arrested for operating while intoxicated and child endangerment.
