Locked bike stolen from outside 555 apartments

A man reported to Birmingham police that his bike was stolen from outside the 555 luxury apartments building on S. Old Woodward on Tuesday, July 21. The bike had been locked on a bike rack. A witness saw the suspect cut the lock on the bike before riding away with it, and described the individual as a white male wearing a gray hat, blue mask, black t-shirt, and blue jeans. Birmingham police are investigating.
