Township resident awoken by BB shot

A Bloomfield Township resident was woken up in the middle of the night on Monday, July 27, by someone shooting a BB gun at her window. The woman, who lives in the 7000 block of Deeprun Drive, called Bloomfield Township police around 2 a.m. after someone shot at her window with a BB gun. She had been asleep when she heard what sounded like someone throwing rocks at her window. She then went to check and found a small hole in the window screen. Police found a BB lying between the screen and windowpane when they arrived at the home. No additional damage or anything else suspicious was found. Bloomfield Township police are currently investigating.
